Subject: [PATCH] 增加小于3.3V供电不足,停止震动,GPS和4G功能,增加自动检测供电足够后开启4G,GPS,震动功能,增加静止休眠逻辑。g_com_map表中4G发送频率上位机未改,供电不足下单片机不进入低功耗bug未解决,
